This website is operated by Living Art Concepts, a trading name of Vyamap Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms which are unique to Living Art Concepts as a business:

 

CORE Series Product means a product manufactured to order and supplied in customer-selected colours, materials or configurations from our available options.

​

Signature Collection Product such as FORM Collection means a complete assembled configuration consisting of a CORE Series Product together with selected components including glass tanks, lighting systems and limited edition Signature Collection panel design.

​

Limited Edition Design means a designated panel design that forms part of a Signature Collection.

Standard Product means products sold independently (or) part of a Signature Collection configuration, including glass tanks, lighting systems, replacement components and accessories etc. To be clear: it is the panel design that makes the complete configured Signature Collection assembly limited. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

CORE Series Products are manufactured to order and may incorporate customer-selected colours, materials and configurations.

Unless specifically designated otherwise, CORE Series Products are not limited-edition products.

Signature Collection Products

​

Signature Collection Products are assembled specifically for individual customer orders.

​

A Signature Collection Product may incorporate:

​

  • A CORE Series Product

  • Glass tank components

  • Lighting systems

  • Limited Edition panel designs

  • Customer-selected colours and materials

Signature Collection Products are produced according to the selected configuration chosen by the customer at the time of order.

​

Standard Products

​

Standard Products include:

​

  • Glass tanks sold separately

  • Lighting systems sold separately

  • Replacement components

  • Accessories

Orders

All orders constitute an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

​

  • Accept or decline any order.

  • Refuse orders where pricing errors have occurred.

  • Refuse orders where products are unavailable.

  • Refuse orders where fraud or misuse is suspected.

A binding contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation or otherwise accept the order.

Production and Assembly

Many Living Art Concepts products are manufactured or assembled specifically for individual customer orders.

  • Artwork

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Branding

remain the property of Living Art Concepts, Vyamap Ltd and/or their licensors.

 

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Limited Edition Designs

Certain products incorporate Limited Edition designs.

Limited Edition status relates to the design itself and not necessarily:

  • Colour selections

  • Material selections

  • Finish selections

  • Lighting configurations

  • Tank configurations

Customer Accounts

Customers may create accounts to:

  • View orders

  • Track purchases

  • Manage personal information

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse of website services

  • Breach of these Terms

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to applicable law:

 

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

  • We shall not be liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures arising from events beyond our reasonable control including:

  • Industrial disputes

  • Government restrictions

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Transport disruptions

  • Utility failures

  • Acts of war

  • Pandemics

Warranty

Warranty on all bespoke frame, panels, furniture, internal lights, and custom fabrication supplied by LAC covers workmanship and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from purchase date.

 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, structural movement, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

​

All third-party equipment including filtration, heating, flow, external lighting, automation, and electrical components are covered solely by individual manufacturer warranty.

​

After purchase and unless otherwise agreed, responsibility for installation, ongoing maintenance, equipment support, servicing, and manufacturer warranty coordination transfers to the client (or) clients appointed local maintenance provider or representative. LAC will support client with any equipment warranty claims after installation for a period of 60 days only.

 

LAC accepts no responsibility for the workmanship, actions, omissions, maintenance practices, or modifications carried out by third party contractors or maintenance providers following purchase.

 

​Manufacturer warranties do not include labour, travel expenses, drainage / refilling of tank, live stock handling, call out charges, or equipment removal / installations unless expressly covered by the manufacturer.

 

Any additional support, remote assistance, consultancy, site visits, or repair work requested from LAC following handover may be chargeable.

 

LAC accepts no liability for manufacture defects, equipment failure, livestock loss, or consequential damages resulting from equipment malfunction.

 

Warranty claims must be reported in writing within reasonable time frame of the issue arising. Please include supporting photographs / videos where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on this website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
