REFUND POLICY

CORE Series Products:

Manufactured to order and may include customer-selected options. Return eligibility depends on the nature and degree of customisation.

Signature Collection Products:

Assembled specifically for customers using selected components and limited-edition designs. Once production has commenced, cancellation and return rights may be restricted where permitted by law.

Standard Products:

Separate glass tanks, lighting systems and accessories may be returned if unused and in resalable condition, subject to approval.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain covered by statutory consumer rights.

Customers should inspect goods promptly (within 7 days) upon delivery and report issues as soon as reasonably practicable.

Returns require prior authorisation.
