What is the difference between the CORE Series and the Signature Collection?

The CORE Series consists of our made-to-order living art product architecture available in a range of colours, finishes and material options.

The Signature Collection combines a CORE Series architecture with a selected glass tank, lighting system and a Signature Collection panel design to create a complete functional art display system.

 

 

What makes a Signature Collection product limited edition?

The limited-edition status of a Signature Collection product is determined by the panel profile design used within the configuration.

Colours, finishes, formats and materials may vary between products while remaining part of the same limited-edition design collection.

 

 

Are all Living Art Concepts products limited edition?

 

No.

Only products specifically designated as part of a Signature Collection incorporate a limited-edition panel profile design.

CORE Series products and separately purchased accessories are not necessarily limited edition unless expressly stated.

 

 

Is every product handmade?

Many Living Art Concepts products incorporate handcrafted, assembled or individually finished elements.

As a result, each product may exhibit unique characteristics that contribute to its individuality.

 

 

Will my product look exactly like the photographs?

Not necessarily.

Many products are available in numerous colours, finishes, materials, panel designs and configuration options.

Images displayed on our website may include actual product photography, enhanced photography, representative examples, design visualisations or conceptual renderings intended to demonstrate available options.

The definitive description of your purchase is the product specification and selected options shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.

 

 

Why do some images look different from others?

Because our products are highly configurable, not every possible combination has been physically manufactured and photographed.

To help customers visualise available options, some imagery may be enhanced, digitally composed or rendered to demonstrate colours, materials, panel designs, lighting effects and installation environments.

Ordering & Customisation

Are your products made to order?

Many of our products are manufactured or assembled specifically for customer orders.

This allows customers to select colours, finishes, materials and other options available within the chosen collection.

Can I customise my order?

Available customisation options vary by collection and product.

Where customisation is available, options will be displayed on the product page before purchase.

Further customisation may be possible by contacting LAC directly.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If production or assembly has not yet commenced, we may be able to accommodate changes. However we cannot promise that outcome.

Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend an order.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation rights depend upon the product purchased and the stage of production.

Products assembled or manufactured specifically to customer-selected specifications may be subject to restricted cancellation rights once production has commenced.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

We ship to customers in the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

PLEASE NOTE: Some global territories will show "FREE" shipping during the checkout pages.

 

This is not correct and indicates an International Freight Quote is required. After check out we will provide this quotation and contact you before processing the order.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Manufacturing requirements

  • Supplier availability

  • Shipping destination

  • Customs procedures

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.

Will I have to pay customs charges?

International customers may be required to pay import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by their destination country.

These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Can my order arrive in multiple deliveries?

Yes.

Some orders may be shipped in separate consignments depending on product availability, manufacturing schedules or fulfillment arrangements.​​

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a Signature Collection product?

Signature Collection products are assembled to order and incorporate customer-selected configurations and limited-edition panel profile designs.

Once production has commenced, cancellation and return rights may be restricted except where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Can I return a glass tank or lighting system purchased separately?

Separate glass tanks, lighting systems and accessories may be eligible for return, provided they are unused and meet the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of any packaging damage

We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.

What if my product is faulty?

Nothing in our policies affects your statutory rights.

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will assess the most appropriate remedy.

Glass Tanks & Lighting

Are glass tanks sold separately?

Yes.

Glass tanks may be purchased independently of a Signature Collection configuration, subject to availability.

Can lighting systems be purchased separately?

Yes.

Selected lighting systems are available for individual purchase.

Are separately purchased tanks and lighting limited edition?

No.

Limited-edition status relates to Signature Collection panel profile designs and not to standalone glass tanks or lighting systems.

Product Care

How should I care for my product?

Care requirements may vary depending on materials, finishes and components.

Any specific care instructions supplied with your product should be followed.

Will colours and finishes change over time?

Some materials may naturally age or develop character through normal use.

This is often considered part of the product's aesthetic character rather than a defect.​

Accounts & Website

Do I need an account to place an order?

You may be able to check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to:

  • View order history

  • Track purchases

  • Manage account information

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed through secure payment systems provided by Wix and approved payment providers.

 

We do not store full payment card details.
