LIMITED EDITION POLICY

Overview

Our Limited Edition products are released in restricted quantities and are available only while supplies last. These products are specially produced and may not be restocked once sold out.

By purchasing a Limited Edition item from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Definition of a Limited Edition & Special Edition

For Living Art Concepts, limited-edition status is determined by the panel design incorporated into a Signature Collection product. A Collection is a curated group of limited-edition pieces (products) released together that share a specific thematic design.

The panel design is the defining feature of the edition.

​

A Limited Edition designation does not necessarily relate to:

​

  • Colour

  • Material

  • Finish

  • Lighting selection

  • Glass tank selection

  • Other configurable options

​

Signature collections (such as FORM) are numbered using the following logic. The FORM collection encompassing all its configurations is limited to 500 total pieces. 450 of those pieces include any combination of FORM 0.1, 0.2, 0.n. The remaining 50 pieces are exclusively allocated to only one Special Edition configuration from each Signature Collection. This Special Edition cannot be altered through options or customisation; it is fixed and demonstrates the artist's intention for the piece. All Special Edition pieces can be classified as part of a Collectors Series.

Product Availability

  • Limited Edition items are available in limited quantities.

  • Availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed.

  • Items placed in a shopping cart are not reserved until the order is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify Limited Edition products at any time without notice.

Retirement of Designs

Living Art Concepts may:

  • Retire designs

  • Suspend production

  • Replace designs

  • Introduce new editions

at its sole discretion.

 

We are under no obligation to continue manufacturing any particular design.

Purchase Limits

To ensure fair access for all customers:

  • We may limit the number of Limited Edition items that can be purchased per customer, household, payment method, or shipping address.

  • Orders exceeding purchase limits may be cancelled or partially refunded at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders suspected of reseller or automated purchasing activity.

No Investment Guarantee

Limited Edition designation is intended to identify a design collection and artistic classification.

  • Will increase in value

  • Will retain value

  • Will become collectible

  • Will appreciate as an investment

Customers should purchase products for their intended functional and aesthetic purpose.

Pre-Orders

For Limited Edition products sold as pre-orders:

  • Estimated shipping dates are approximate and subject to change.

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing or supply chain conditions.

  • Customers will be notified of significant delays when possible.

  • Payment may be charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Pricing

  • Prices for Limited Edition items are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional discounts, coupon codes, or loyalty rewards may be excluded unless explicitly stated.

  • We are not responsible for price differences after purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the exclusive nature of Limited Edition products:

  • All sales may be considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Approved returns must comply with our standard return process and timeframe.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We may offer a replacement, rework, or refund depending on issue severity.

Order Cancellations

Shipping & Delivery
